A frenetic indie rock band formed by Greg Elsasser and Sam Martin in the suburban wilds of Omaha, Nebraska, Capgun Coup released its debut album, Nebraskafish, in 2007. After rounding out the band's lineup with Eric Ohlsson and Andy Matz, Capgun Coup made downtown Omaha its nerve center and -- prior to releasing Nebraskafish -- focused on becoming a solid live band through house parties and basement shows.
